SCHEDULE ALERT
Since the Barcolana is in town this weekend we've cancelled afternoon class at 16:00 on Saturday, October 7th. As well, the free community class usually held at 15:00 on the second Sunday of the month has been moved to the following Sunday, October 15th, still at 15:00. To check the online schedule where the classes are always up-to-date click here.

OCCHIO ALL'ORARIO
Siccome questo weekend vi è la Barcolana in città abbiamo cancellato la lezione pomeridiana alle 16:00 di sabato 7 ottobre. Inoltre la lezione gratuita, che solitamente avviene alle 15:00 nella seconda domenica del mese, è stata spostata alla domenica seguente 15 ottobre, sempre alle 15:00. In the studio we have a selection of items made specifically for hot yoga: anti-slip towels, yoga mats especially suited to our floor, bottles, yoga mat bags, ladies and mens clothing made for hot yoga practice. We've just gotten in some new patterns and models, come in and try them at the studio.

In studio abbiamo una vasta gamma di cose specifiche per l'hot yoga: asciugamani antiscivolo, tappetini adatti al nostro pavimento, borracce, borse per tappetini, abbigliamento uomo/donna per la pratica. Sono arrivate nuovissime fantasie e nuovi modelli, vieni a provarli in studio.
