Guest Teacher: Pamina .. Insegnante Ospite: Pamina

Our very first guest teacher at HYT is Pamina Pröglhöf from Vienna! Pamina will teach the 10AM class on Saturday, April 29th in English. She's only here for a brief visit to support us for our official opening this weekend, but she'll be back regularly. Pamina attended Bikram Yoga Teacher Training in Fall 2014 with studio owners Ben & Cleo. She won the Austrian championship of Yoga Sport in 2014 and is currently a resident teacher at Yoga Loft Vienna. We're very happy to have Pamina with us this weekend and we can't wait for her to be back for a longer stay!

La nostra prima insegnante ospite a HYT è Pamina Pröglhöf da Vienna! Pamina insegnerà la classe delle 10 di Sabato 29 Aprile in inglese. E' qui solo per una breve visita per supportarci nel nostro opening ufficiale questo weekend, ma tornerà frequentemente. Pamina ha partecipato al Teacher Training nell'autunno 2014 insieme ai proprietari dello studio Ben & Cleo. Ha vinto i Campionati Austriaci di Yoga Sport nel 2014 ed al momento è insegnante fissa a Yoga Loft Vienna. Siamo felici di avere Pamina con noi questo weekend e non vediamo l'ora di averla con noi per un periodo più lungo!
