4x4 Challenge: Let’s practice together 4 lessons a week for 4 weeks!

We’ve returned from summer full of energy, and after getting back on track, we’re ready for a new challenge: practicing at least 4 lessons a week for 4 weeks. A fun way to challenge yourself and work on your personal growth, with the support of the entire Yoga Trieste community.

Are you in?

You can start anytime during the week of Monday, October 7th, and count 4 weeks from your start date. You can take any class at any time, as long as you complete at least 4 practices each week. Write your name on the board at reception so we can encourage each other and track our progress.

Sfida 4x4: pratichiamo insieme 4 lezioni alla settimana per 4 settimane

Siamo tornati dall’estate carichi e dopo esserci rimessi in carreggiata siamo pronti per una nuova sfida: praticare almeno 4 lezioni alla settimana per 4 settimane! Un modo divertente per metterti in gioco e lavorare su te stesso, con il supporto di tutta la community Yoga Trieste.

Sei dei nostri?

Puoi iniziare quando vuoi nella settimana di Lunedì 7 Ottobre e contare 4 settimane dalla data di inizio. Puoi praticare qualsiasi lezione a qualsiasi orario basta che arrivi almeno a 4 pratiche ogni settimana. Scrivi il tuo nome sulla board in Reception cosi possiamo farci forza a vicenda e monitorare i nostri progressi.
