Kat, a Bikram Teacher based in Los Angeles but recently moved to Bolzano, stumbled on Bikram yoga in 2012. With a background in dance and a degree in Human Anatomy and Physiology, she became intrigued of the instant relief her entire body experience after her first class. Her curiosity led her to learning more about the yoga and motivated her to do teacher training one year later. Since 2013, she has been teaching, practicing and sharing her love about the yoga not only in Los Angeles, but also in other parts of the world like Germany, Denmark, Indonesia, Thailand, Australia, Kenya, Austria, and hopes to explore more!
Kat joins us for the first time in December and will be teaching initially in English, but she is learning to teach also in Italian. Check the schedule to see when she is teaching. Give her a warm HYT welcome to support her on this new journey and she will help guide you on yours.

Kat, una insegnante Bikram Yoga con base a Los Angeles ma spostato recentemente a Bolzano, ha conosciuto per caso il Bikram Yoga nel 2012. Con un passato legato alla Danza e una laurea in Anatomia Umana e Fisiologia, è rimasta colpita dai benefici istantanei che il suo corpo intero ha sentito dopo la sua prima classe. La sua curiosità l’ha portata ad indagare di più sullo yoga e l’ha motivata a partire per il Teacher Training l’anno seguente. Dal 2013 ha insegnato, praticato e condiviso il suo amore per lo yoga non solo a Los Angeles, ma anche in altre parti del mondo come Germania, Danimarca, Indonesia, Thailandia, Australia, Kenya, Austria e spera di scoprire ancora molti altri!
