ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION
On Saturday, April 13th we will celebrate 2 years at Hot Yoga Trieste. We will have 3 classes, at 1000, 1300 and 1600 and all classes will be free for everyone, so bring your friends and family too. Cleo is back in action teaching the 1000 and Betti and Ben will each teach a class too. For the week leading up to April 13th we will have our yearly anniversary sale, keep an eye out for another email this week with details. Happy Birthday to us!

CELEBRAZIONI PER L'ANNIVERSARIO
Sabato 13 Aprile celebreremo due anni a Hot Yoga Trieste. Avremo 3 classi: alle 10:00, 13:00 e 16:00 e tutte le classi saranno gratuite per tutti, quindi porta amici e parenti. Cleo torna in azione insegnando alle 10:00 e Betti e Ben insegneranno una lezione a testa. Per tutta la settimana del 13 Aprile avremo inoltre i nostri saldi annuali per l'anniversario, tieni gli occhi aperti per un'altra email questa settimana con tutte le informazioni. SPRING CLEANING
If you store your mat with us please make sure your name is written clearly and that your mat is well rolled up before it is put away. We also recommend that you take home your mat once every few weeks and give it a quick run through the washing machine on a low temperature delicate cycle. Mat storage is free for any members on an unlimited package and 5€ a month for any members on a limited package. Finally, as we approach the summer please remember that mats that go to Barcola are not welcome also in the hot room. Please help us to keep the studio clean and bright.

PULIZIE DI PRIMAVERA
Se tieni il tappetino da noi per favore assicurati che il tuo nome sia scritto chiaramente e che il tuo tappetino sia ben arrotolato prima di metterlo via. Ti raccomandiamo anche di portare a casa il tappetino dopo qualche settimana per lavarlo in lavatrice con un ciclo a bassa temperatura. Il deposito tappetini è gratuito per i nostri studenti con pacchetto illimitato e il costo è di 5€ al mese per membri con pacchetti limitati. Infine, siccome ci avviciniamo all'estate, ti ricordiamo che i tappetini di Barcola non sono i benvenuti in sala. Per favore aiutaci a mantenere lo studio bello e pulito.

WELCOME NEW YOGINI
Agata Vittoria Conway joined the HYT family on March 15th arriving a few weeks earlier then planned weighing 1,5kg. She’ll be staying with the amazing doctors and nurses at Il Burlo for a few more weeks, but so far she’s doing great. We can’t wait to be able to bring her to the studio to meet everyone in her yoga family.

BENVENUTA ALLA NUOVA YOGINI
Agata Vittoria Conway è entrata a far parte della famiglia HYT il 15 Marzo, con qualche settimana di anticipo rispetto al previsto, col peso di 1,5kg. Starà con i bravissimi dottori e infermieri del Burlo ancora qualche settimana, ma si sta comportando benissimo per ora. Non vediamo l'ora di portarla in studio per incontrare tutta la nostra famiglia yoga.
