HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
From Christmas Eve, December 24th until Monday 6th January we will follow a reduced holiday schedule. Some important changes to note: On December 24th, a Tuesday, there will be only one class at 06:40; On January 1st, New Year’s Eve, class will be at 16:00, not 10:00 as usual for a holiday; the studio is closed December 25th and 26th for Christmas and St. Stephen’s Day (the only 2 days each year we are closed). You can check all other class times online by clicking here, and there will be a note up on the board in studio with the complete holiday schedule. From Tuesday, January 7th we will return to a full schedule with even more class times than before.

ORARIO FESTIVO
Dalla Vigilia di Natale, il 24 Dicembre, fino a Lunedì 6 Gennaio seguiremo un orario festivo ridotto. Alcuni cambiamenti importanti da evidenziare: il 24 Dicembre, martedì, ci sarà solo una lezione alle 06:40; il primo Gennaio, Capodanno, la lezione sarà alle 16:00 invece che alle 10:00 come di solito facciamo per i festivi; lo studio rimarrà chiuso il 25 e 26 Dicembre per Natale e Santo Stefano (gli unici due giorni all’anno in cui chiudiamo). Puoi controllare tutti gli orari delle altre lezioni online cliccando qui, e ci sarà in studio un foglio appeso in bacheca con l’orario festivo completo. Da Martedì 7 Gennaio riprenderemo con l’orario completo con ancora più lezioni di prima.

Questi sono i nostri maggiori sconti dell’anno ed è il momento perfetto per ricaricare i pacchetti classi o abbonamenti per il 2020, dai a te stesso o alle persone a cui vuoi bene il regalo del benessere e della salute per iniziare la nuova decade nel modo giusto.

NEW TEACHERS
Pamina from Vienna will be back from Dec 27th until early Jan to help us out over the holidays. Pamina was our very first guest teacher at HYT and has been a close friend ever since we went to teacher training together in 2014. We’re happy to have her back if only for a short time. You can read more about Pamina by clicking on her photo.
We will have a lot of new guest teachers in 2020, especially from late January through the summer. Keep an eye on the newsletters to see who is coming and when. We all teach the same postures & sequence, but we each bring our individual experience and knowledge into the room with us. Also coming up in 2020 will be new workshops, clinics & laboratories, stay tuned!
Finally, we want to send a heartfelt thanks to Betty for being our guardian angel this year. In a year full of ups and downs she was the beacon of light keeping us and the studio on course; we could not have done it without her. Good luck Betty with your next steps, we will all be waiting for you here when your path brings you back to Trieste.

NUOVI INSEGNANTI
Pamina da Vienna tornerà da noi dal 27 Dicembre fino inizio Gennaio per aiutarci durante le feste. Pamina è stata la nostra primissima insegnante ospite ed è una grande amica da quando insieme abbiamo fatto il Teacher Training nel 2014. Siamo felici di averla con noi anche se solo per poco. Puoi saperne di più su Pamina clikkando qui.
Avremo molti insegnanti ospiti nel 2020, specialmente dalla fine di Gennaio fino all'estate. Tieni d'occhio la Newsletter per vedere chi verrà e quando. Tutti insegniamo le stesse posture e la stessa sequenza, ma ognuno di noi porta in sala la propria esperienza individuale e la propria conoscenza. Nel 2020 inoltre ci saranno nuovi workshop e laboratori!
Infine, vorremmo mandare un ringraziamento sincero a Betty per essere stata il nostro angelo custode questo anno. In un anno così pieno di su e giù Betty è stata lo spiraglio di luce che ha permesso a noi e allo studio di rimanere in piedi; non ce l'avremmo fatta senza di lei. Buona fortuna Betty per le tue prossime avventure, saremo qui ad aspettarti quando il tuo percorso ti riporterà a Trieste.
