BIKRAM YOGA LAB
Due to popular demand the Bikram Yoga lab is back. On Saturday November 9th from 13:00 to 15:00 we will discuss together the correct alignment of the postures and look deeper into the benefits from the series. You can ask questions and the room will not be heated. We recommend you practice the 10:00 class before the workshop for maximum benefit. The cost is 20€ for all. LABORATORIO BIKRAM YOGA
A grande richiesta Sabato 9 Novembre dalle 13:00 alle 15:00 tornano i laboratori Bikram Yoga con Ben & Cleo. In questa occasione discuteremo insieme sul corretto allineamento delle posture e i benefici della serie, potrai fare le tue domande e la sala non sarà riscaldata. Betty is back! From Tuesday October 8th you can find her on the schedule. She’ll be with us through the end of November, make sure to take as many of her classes as you can to gain from her years of experience teaching & practicing Bikram Yoga around the world (and even teaching for Bikram himself!). Betty è tornata! Da Martedì 8 Ottobre la puoi trovare nell'orario. Starà con noi fino alla fine di Novembre, quindi assicurati di fare più lezioni possibili con lei per trarre beneficio da tutti i suoi anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento e nella pratica del Bikram Yoga in giro per il mondo (e insegnando persino per Bikram stesso!). CLEO IN BORDEAUX & CANCELLED CLASSES
As you may know Cleo went to Roma last month to compete in the 5th Annual Italian Yoga Sport Championship. Even though she spent 12 weeks in the hospital this year she was able to place 3rd and qualified for the European Yoga Sport Championship! She will be traveling to Bordeaux with Ben (her number one fan) on October 26th to compete and represent Italy and Hot Yoga Trieste. PS - see what a consistent yoga practice can do for you!? Not even 2 babies in 10 months, 12 weeks in the hospital and an emergency c-section can stop you!

CLEO A BORDEAUX & LEZIONI CANCELLATE
Come forse sai Cleo è andata a Roma il mese scorso per competere nel 5° Campionato Italiano di Yoga Sport. Anche se ha passato 12 settimane in ospedale quest'anno è riuscita a classificarsi al 3° posto e quindi qualificarsi per i Campionati Europei! Andrà a Bordeaux con Ben (il suo tifoso numero uno) il 26 Ottobre per gareggiare e rappresentare l'Italia e Hot Yoga Trieste. Clicca nella sua foto qui sopra per vederla live in diretta Sabato 26 Ottobre e per scoprire di più della competizione europea e internazionale. PS: hai visto cosa può fare per te una pratica yoga costante?! Nemmeno due bambini in 10 mesi, 12 settimane in ospedale e un cesareo di emergenza potranno fermarti!
NB: per il viaggio di Ben & Cleo abbiamo cancellato lo Yoga in Gravidanza Venerdì 25 Ottobre e la lezione Bikram Yoga delle 06:40 di luned' 28 Ottobre. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.
