Booking Guidelines Reminder ..Ripasso del Sistema di Prenotazione

Due to COVID restrictions you must book in advance before attending class. Booking will open 7 days before each class. If you have booked a class you will receive a reminder email 24 hours before the class time. If you cannot attend class you must cancel 12 hours before the class starts. This applies also to the waitlist. For cancellations made after this time, or any no-shows at class time, a class will be still debited from your class pack, or 2 days will be removed from the expiry for unlimited packages. This is not our preferred system, we would like to leave the doors always open to everyone, but given the limited spaces in class and the presence of a waitlist for every class we must find a compromise that promotes a responsible use of the booking system and equitable access for all.
Booking will close for each class 30 minutes prior to class start. If you’d like to try and book last minute please call us on 040 265 08 94 and we will fit you in if there is still room. Come da restrizioni COVID devi prenotare per accedere alle lezioni. Le prenotazioni aprono 7 giorni prima di ogni lezione. Se hai prenotato una lezione riceverai un reminder in email 24 ore prima della lezione. Se non puoi più venire a lezione devi disdire la tua prenotazione (o posto in waitlist) almeno 12 ore prima dell'inizio della lezione. Per disdette oltre questo limite, o se non ti presenti a lezione, una lezione sarà scalata dal tuo pacchetto, o 2 giorni saranno tolti rispetto alla data di scadenza del tuo abbonamento illimitato. Questo non è il nostro modo di operare preferito, preferiremmo lasciare le porte sempre aperte a tutti, però con i posti limitati a lezione e lista di attesa per ogni lezione dobbiamo trovare il giusto compromesso che permetta un uso responsabile delle prenotazioni e la possibilità di accedere alle lezioni leale e paritaria.
Le prenotazioni chiuderanno 30 minuti prima dell'inizio della lezione. Se vuoi provare a prenotare all'ultimo momento contattaci esclusivamente al 040 265 08 94 e ti inseriremo se c'è ancora posto.
