84 POSTURE WORKSHOP
On Saturday, March 7th from 14:00 to 17:00 Fleur will guide us through a practice of the 84 posture series. This is the longer, more “advanced” sequence from which the 26 “Bikram” postures are derived. This is a great opportunity to discover new postures and explore new depth in those you are already familiar with. The 84 posture series can be done in about 2 hours, but we will have an extra hour to go a bit slower for those who are new to this series and have a little more time for explanations and additional information on how to get the most out of the practice.
For active HYT members the workshop costs 30€, or 40€ if you don’t have a current HYT tessera & package. Book online now, or in the studio: places are limited! Ask Ben or Cleo for more information in the studio.

Sabato 7 marzo dalle 14:00 alle 17:00, Fleur ci guiderà attraverso la pratica delle 84 posture dalle quali sono estrapolate le 26 posture della serie Bikram. Questa è una opportunità unica per scoprire nuove posture e esplorare la maggiore profondità di quelle che già conosci. La pratica di queste 84 posture può essere fatta in 2 ore, ma in questo caso abbiamo un'ora in più per andare un po’ più lenti e con un po’ più di tempo per spiegazioni ed altre informazioni in più su come svolgere le posture.

Fleur will be joining us from Friday 28 February until Wednesday 11 March. Currently based and teaching in Bordeaux she won the French Yoga Sport Championship in 2019 and went on to place 4th in the pan-EU competition (the same day!). Fleur’s classes will be in led in English, but her Italian excellent after many years working in cinema and tourism linked to Italy. She’s been practicing Bikram for 15 years and teaching for 9. We’re looking forward to her classes and workshop, keep an eye on social and in studio for more about Fleur as her arrival approaches.

Fleur sarà dei nostri da Venerdì 28 Febbraio fino a Mercoledì 11 Marzo. Attualmente ha base ed insegna a Bordeaux, ha vinto i Campionati di Yoga francesi nel 2019 ed è arrivata al quarto posto di quelli Europei nello stesso giorno! Le lezioni di Fleur saranno condotte in inglese ma il suo italiano è eccellente dopo anni di lavoro nel cinema e nei viaggi in connessione con l'Italia. Ha praticato Bikram per 15 anni ed insegna da 9. Siamo curiosi di praticare le sue classi ed il suo workshop, tieni d'occhio i social e in studio per maggiori informazioni su Fleur in prossimità del suo arrivo.
