INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
Wednesday, June 21st is Interntional Yoga Day! All classes are free for everyone, so bring a friend or family member and share the yoga love. Also from 13:00 to 15:00 we will have a special class where we will explain the postures and students can ask questions. The workshop is free for all members, ask for more information in the studio.
SUMMER SCHEDULE
From Monday, June 5th we will start our summer schedule. Click the photo to book classes online. NB: As always for national holidays, there will be only one class on Friday, June 2nd at 18:00. HYT wishes you a good Festa della Repubblica!

GIORNATA INTERNAZIONALE DELLO YOGA
Mercoledì 21 Giugno è la giornata internazionale dello Yoga! Tutte le lezioni sono gratis per tutti, quindi porta un amico o famigliare e condividi lo yoga. Inoltre dalle 13:00 alle 15:00 avremo un workshop speciale in cui spiegheremo le posture e potrai fare domande. Il workshop è gratuito per i tesserati, chiedici maggiori informazioni in studio.
